LH damaged Rimowa in Germany, repair in the US
LH damaged two Rimowa bags on a flight from the US to Germany. I reported this in HAM and did get a case #
Was unable to have the bag repaired in Germany as I returned to the US 3 days later. I am now trying to get them fixed here which seems to be impossible. When I call LH they advise me to email ( no phone # available !! ) customer service. I did this 10 days ago - no response. Their social media team is also referring to Customer Service.
I called Rynn's in TX and they confirmed that they work with LH but are unable to handle this due to the price range of Rimowa bags - they would need authorization from LH first which I am unable to get
