Basically, its a grant equal to the difference between your 2019 and 2020 revenue, less any PPP funds received, subject to limitations. Big set asides for smaller businesses, and priority for historically disadvantaged folks. Hopefully, many businesses can avail of this, and use the cash infusion to attract and retain the requisite work force.
