I also have a bit of a blonde question perhaps, but something which is unclear to me with the XP roll-over policy is the following. In my case I had more XP surplus end of 2020 (450 XP in surplus) than end of 2019 (81 XP surplus). What will the roll-over bonus be in my case - will they ensure that I start 2022 with the 450 XP at least once my qualification period is over (31/12/2021) or is 2019 the benchmark and will they just deduct the 300 XP end of the year and provide me with no roll-over as the 81 XP (2019 rollover) has already been secured by myself? The benchmark for what is secured for you (my early 2020 or early 2021 balance) is unclear to me. Perhaps there is anyone who understands the system or has already seen it work in practice with his/her qualification period already ended in 2021?
