Has this been updated recently? I wasn't aware of Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk being one of those and was able to book using certificates but called to redeem my weekend nights and it went through (they had very few standard award nights available),
It must have been mistakenly placed on the list, since every other one is a GV/condo/villa type place.
But I'm glad you brought this up because in Vegas I did not realize that all the GV's were excluded (had forgotten about this list). What's ironic is that they often have very low points or cash prices, but you can't use your FNC, but the Waldorf Astoria which is always 95K or high cash rates you can.
