I’m sure they have resourcing issues but the quarantine would be a lot more effective if they required a daily random time of day Skype video call for everyone and instead of requesting your location periodically that they just tracked it all the time or automatically at least via their app. That way they could confirm the location of your phone and that you are also physically there at least once a day and at a random time. Granted, even that setup wouldn’t stop someone from going out to eat without their phone. It must be very frustrating for the government to try and keep track of people. It’s pretty darn difficult.
But what if the phone's battery is discharged when you're
out eatingsleeping and you don't notice until you
return homewake up and during that time they can't call or track you?
