Those seem like great options and I think they’d give someone that extra drive to shoot from 85+ to 100.

I notice you didn’t comment on the AA Status, it’s not something I would choose but definitely worthwhile for others.
AA status isn't something I can really weigh in on the value of...I've generally been a Delta guy since the Virgin America-Alaska merger. I almost blundered into status with BA at one point, but status with AA...it just doesn't do anything for me.

(As far as I'm concerned, Hyatt just has the wrong airline tie-up for me. OTOH, Starwood's tie-up with Delta was nice.)

As to the list of options...yes, I think that balances out nicely. At a bare minimum, if I couldn't make the nights work that would probably affect a decision to (say) run my taxes via my Hyatt card vs my Delta card.
