I did just what you're doing (NW miles for DL BE) a couple weeks ago. My observations:

The seats are NARROW. Not a huge deal, but they were old and uncomfortable. Nowhere close to NW A330 seats or CO 777 seats.

Meals/wine were fair. I'd rate them roughly in the same league as NW/CO

Service was awkward. The pursur went around the cabin the whole flight sounding like a robot, repeating the same "thank you for flying delta have a nice day" to each passenger. To top it off, she had the nerve to tell us "free tickets get last choice of meals" That alone killed it for me. Last time I do DL BE.
