I’m sure they have resourcing issues but the quarantine would be a lot more effective if they required a daily random time of day Skype video call for everyone and instead of requesting your location periodically that they just tracked it all the time or automatically at least via their app.
So what stops you from putting the app on one phone, leaving it on your bedroom dresser, and then going out with another phone/pc that has skype on it.
