I am not sure I quite understand? You can only use a 241 with a reward booking and you can then apply a GUF to that to upgrade. So say if you booked WT as a reward booking with a 241 you can apply a GUF to upgrade to WT+. SO I am not sure how you mean going from WT to CW?
