I'd be very cautios with this in a Muslim country which scores pretty badly on indexes of human rights and democracy.
Amphetamine (Adderall is just a brand name for a certain formulation of amphetamine) is illegal in Turkey. No exception for medical use.
It may be possible to get methylphenidate (Ritalin...) instead. I'd be very cautious. Adhere to any entry requirements which there may be as to declaration. Bring the prescription and a doctor's certificate etc. You don't want to see the inside of a jail in Turkey.
