DL's international coach product is certainly behind the field but from a business point of view the average load factor is still good and any increase in service level would have to be justified financially. I would prefer them to redo the interiors and IFE as a higher priority than providing free booze. Of course AF can offer a better service - they have been subsidized by the french government for years!
