That's the problem Mikeyfly. The Agent I spoke to said that what he was looking at - not sure if it is paper or some other system - designates 29th March 2022 as a peak day and therefore what I was charged was correct i.e. 90,000 Avios. So there is an inconsistency between the online system and booking via telephone and I don't know how to resolve it.

It may be that 28-30th March 2022 should indeed be peak redemption days and those booking online are getting lucky but I'm rather hoping with Easter being later in 2022 it should be off peak and I'm due a refund.

Any guidance would be appreciated
