Oh, I guess I lied. I punch in February 2020 and nothing comes up but punched in November 2021 and availability shows?
Paid and redemption rates are available from September 1st, 2021, so I would gather than they open to guests September 1st and any bookings - awards or paid - would be valid beyond that date.
