Most likely, Turkey would reopen at latest the beginning of June as the country needs money from tourists and the restrictions should be softened after May 17 if things go accordingly.
For the medicine part, if you have a prescription or a doctors note, that would be fine.

Also, upon arrival to Turkey, passenger belongings are checked randomly so you might not even be inspected.
