The hotel just posted some 3D floor plans for their villa categories. Looks like the beach bungalows and villas are 82 square meters/882 square feet, and the overwater and lagoon villas are 100 square meters/1076 square feet. It seems a small number of the beach and overwater villas will have decently-sized private pools. Given the spacious footprint of all the beach villa types, there is a glaring omission of a bathtub, which is eschewed for indoor and outdoor showers.
There will also be a two-bedroom beach villa, which is just two regular beach villas with an interconnecting door and will measure out at 165 square meters/1775 square feet, an overwater two-bedroom pool villa measuring at 270 square meters/2905 square feet, and the top-of-the-line Thilamaafushi villa at 280 square meters/3013 square feet.
Based on the floor plans, this looks like a nice, chic little resort that'll capture the Le Méridien brand design and spirit. Clearly pitched a little more towards families in overall appeal than the other resorts, but with its adults-only facilities and bar programming, this should be a nice property nonetheless.
