Does that mean you get the miles back for no fee and the taxes and stuff go into a my account wallet or future certificate?
Yes. (You may need to call for miles to go back to account)
Per Peace of Mind Waiver,
Award travel purchased before April 30, 2021, cancel with no fees. Miles go back to account and Taxes and fees go to Wallet. Partner booking fees not refundable .
If carrier cancels trip, then Taxes and fees go back to original form of payment.
