ah ok. I wasn’t sure whether that was a factor for the OP. In that case taxes/fees/charges would be £25.79 (using GLA-LHR as an example).

So if the OP doesn’t qualify for RFS it would be
4750 avios & £25.79 booked via BA
4000 mile & $39.50 booked on iberia

saving 750 miles but cash element is £3 more.
