Polaris lounge "last call" for buffet/wait service food?
I realize the Polaris lounges are currently closed so I guess I'm asking for once they open in the near to distant future and if they go back to operating like they did pre-pandemic.
For those who have visited the Polaris lounges, I see that they offer both a buffet spread and a sit-down restaurant where you order off of a menu and there's wait service to bring your food to you. For either of those services, is there a "last call" time? I'm asking specifically regarding the one in SFO though I assume the general policies are similar for all locations. According to some searching, the SFO location used to be open until 11pm, I'm wondering if that means I could get in and order food close to that time (say 10pm) or if they stop food service several hours before the lounge closes? I'm looking at the Asiana SFO-ICN flight which leaves at 23:30, but according to their website, the check-in counter opens at 20:00 (no kiosk option and I have bags to check anyway). And the priority pass restaurants close really early at 6pm according to SFO's website so I'm out of luck there as well; I definitely remember eating at one of the restaurants 2 years ago on the same 23:30 Asiana flight so maybe the hours have changed because of covid.
