You need to click through the actual referral link, not the landing page in her account where you get the link from, and go to the card that you want to apply for to see your bonus. I see in my account where you're getting that language as I have the same referral link on my Gold.

The 60k MR + $200 is the sign up bonus for the Gold card, which you'll see when you click through the link as the refered person. If I click through my Gold referral link, I see the same bonus. But then when you navigate to the other cards, they all have their own sign up bonuses and min spend requirements, like I said in my first post. FWIW, the Biz Gold bonus is 70k MR for $10k spend and the Biz Plat is 100k MR for $15k spend (both with 3 months to do the spend).
