No, all cash. I really have no idea how many times this has happened, but it is for sure the last 6 tickets I bought. I never felt I had to monitor this. The thing that really gets me is the letter stating after their "careful review" it was determined I didn't buy the tickets through AMEX travel. I have the emails from Amex Travel, the charges on my statement from Amex Travel and the trips showing up in the Amex Travel portal. Not sure how the careful reviewer could have missed all of those.
