Repooc17 was rereferring to the manual demos -- the ones where FA's are standing in the middle of the aisles frantically gyrating while no one pays attention -- so there's no additional cost to just slip it into the regular script [think muscle memory/habit might be the bigger challenge here]
But even for the taped demos given that there is no "tape" it would be relatively trivial and minimal cost to slide in a talking head on solid background (or just slow/extend the current animated video portion of the clip and add a VO) then distribute the updated files with the normal IFE content refresh
