I second this. Of course, if you are looking for more than just award seating alerts then ExpertFlyer is to be considered as well. For the record I pay for both SeatSpy and ExpertFlyer and I don't receive anything for recommending them here! I dropped my subscription to RFF after SeatSpy came along and proved itself to be more reliable and suited to me than RFF.
