i am concern about using Uber/Lyft for trips to more remote locations on Maui. The return is always a little iffy especially if the cell signal is not certain. AutoSlash turned out to be extremely helpful. Found a reasonably priced ($405 for a week) car through AutoSlash. The car supply is so scarce that I briefly considered bring ebikes as an alternative. I read that Maui is somewhat bike friendly. Not sure how many Hawaiian Islands are bike friend. Hard to imagine Waikiki being bike friendly.
