Naw... Sudan is just on "double secret probation." To be an official Axis of Evil member state (with what BA would term an "enhanced" Iraq off the list, currently just Iran and N. Korea, ) you have meet prequalifying spending thresholds on WMD programs and allow terrorists to meet qualifying nights stay requirements. Sudan keeps falling below automatic approval, but if they call the U.S. State Dept Customer Service line, they might get a special invite.
I wonder, as black is taken, what color card do Axis of Evil memners get? Do they get lounge access? Are their tier point limits lower for elite status?
