Thanks for the answers. I did read through the rental car thread for Hawaii. Thought to get more narrow down info such as mtofell's suggestion of local rental car places. Unfortunately, most local car rental are sold out as well. Autoslash.com is very helpful. Thanks all for the wonderful information.
