Hmm...I’ve never had to submit a claim for a stay. I had to ask once about the 5k bonus for a BRG that didn’t post that’s about it. Usually it’s 24 hours, but I’ve had it at 36-48 hours a few times.

I wait 72 hours and if it still hasn’t posted then I’ll immediately submit a claim.
For BRGs, I’ve had a few problems with those too. Much more difficult to get addressed when they do go wrong since Twitter / Concierge will push it to another group. I’ve had to follow up 3-4 times over the course of a month for a BRG stay in March.
