just to update; I successfully managed to book my seats last week by calling 001 877 767 7970 at 00.54 though didn’t get answered until 1.05-1.10am. Luckily there more than 2 J seats released on the night. Spoke to a helpful gentlemen based in India.

I’m assuming the situation is different currently as the centre in India is closed currently so not sure if the UK team are currently working through the night?
