- I used American miles on Qatar from NYC via Doha in QSuites. 70K pp each way, there is probably no better combination of quality and cost (in miles). If you have United miles, you are probably limited to what you can find on the UA web site, but you may get some better options if you also have a Chase card or United status (at least on the first leg which can be on United metal).

Regarding the flights - I have UA Gold as well as a bunch of United + Chase + Amex points; unfortunately it seems that there isn't a way between those three points balances to get into AA miles
I'm wondering if there is any difference in award availability searching through United vs directly on Turkish's site (assuming I can transfer miles into their program)
