The worst customer service i've ever had, Marriott even stole my points.
My God, i never thought i experienced this kind of customer service from marriott after 12 years platinum or above with them. Their IT system sucks and their irresponsible customer service representatives even deducted my points i already had with a stupid excuse.
I gave them one week and if they do not apologize i will post all email communications, their names and original folioes here and tripadvisor.
But remember, it is headache to deal with marriott. i am thinking of Hyatt and hilton.
