National location doesn't seem to want their keys back
I accidentally took both keys from a rental with me on the plane. As soon as I landed and realized it, I reached out to National customer service and was told to wait for a manager at the location to contact me. It's been two weeks now and I have not been contacted. I've proactively contacted customer service again and asked what I should do, and the person said my concern is appreciated and to just wait for them to reach me.
My concern is that I'll be charged even though I'm trying to make it right. Has anyone dealt with this before?
