Two things, not necessarily opposing views.

1) everyone wants certificates to be extended, for whatever reason.

2) members know about expiration dates of certificates issued when earned during the “pandemic”, yet have a problem when it comes to using the certificate earned by staying during the “pandemic”, especially for the 30N and 60n certs (and the current 10n bonus journey cert) since they are issued for 180 days whereas all others are issued for a year. Less sympathy because one knew about these expiration dates so in reality gambling that Hyatt will extend. It really doesn’t matter how one obtained the cert.
