yes, it’s definitely a good topic of discussion about if Hyatt should extend these certificates, but it is also a good discussion on how members know about these expiration dates going in, whether through normal stays, mattress runs, credit cards, etc.
All those FN awards have certain codes that agent can explain, such as 5-brand, milestones etc. Most of the codes the agent explained to me matched my records. Except one. But since it is the latest and expires next year, not something I'd worry about it.
