About 50/50 on recent flights, for me, including a few times in Y. I appreciate it but it's not a dealbreaker. Recognized about 100% of the time on the phone and pretty regularly at UCs not located at EWR.

Would much rather get recognition in the form of a comped beverage or snack as I am spending more time in Y lately, but if you ask Sara Nelson, that's basically tantamount to deliberately infecting flight attendants with COVID, so I am not expecting that on a widespread basis any time soon...
