I haven't flown UA on an 235- stock ticket within the last few years so I am not sure if it's a normal IT issue; however, on the side of TK, we see lot's of IT issues.
However, if both the TK and UA website shows your flights as confirmed and the informations in both sites match, you should be good to go.
