Is this accurate. I am a bit confused. As USA is not no the high risk countries anymore, therefore it seems like we (US residents) would be able to enter in Switzerland. The confusing part is on the US embassy site (
COVID-19 Information | U.S. Embassy in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (usembassy.gov) it appears to list contradictory and erroneous information. As below it states No, we are not allowed and the reason behind it is because we are on a high risk registry. Which is not longer true.

NO, only in cases of special necessity.Can anybody clear this up or have any real-time experience. If not I will be a test case next month with a 12 hour layover. Which will suck if no lounges are really open and we are not allowed out of the airport, regardless of being vaccinated and from a non high risk country. Which all could change in the next couple weeks anyway.
