I looked at both when I bought my IPP last year. The Magic keyboard was way too heavy, so I went for the folio keyboard. Unfortunately, the folio keyboard is pretty poor - the keys are very mushy, so I don't really like it. I came from a Galaxy S5e, and the keyboard cover for that was much better in comparison.

Saying that, I don't actually use the keyboard much at the moment, so it's not too much of an issue.

It may be worth trying out a 3rd party keyboard/case. Logitech seem to do some decent ones.
