I never got an upgrade of any sort at Marquis as Titanium - neither have my friends except the one who pushed for a higher level suite upgrade after paying for an upgrade in the first place.

JW highest upgrade I got on a daily rate was the studio. However, I got a comp'd upgrade on the Long stay rate last year - however they emailed saying they are no longer doing that due to too much demand for the suites. Maybe with this latest wave that demand is gone but I'm not sure. I currently see 3+ suites available for the next 30 days.
