Today's figures are actually yesterday's (Sunday), and "yesterday's" are Saturday.

No clue if that makes any difference, or what these number really mean, if anything.

If administering fewer tests then who knows what lower figures mean. And no idea why they don't reveal the number of tests associated with a new case figure? (They may, I haven't seen it/looked hard for it. Some individuals have been analyzing these figures but they are unsure of what they really mean.)
