According to what I'm seeing on Google, the number of fully vaccinated UK citizens is closer to 20%.
NYT says that 50% of the UK's entire population has received at least one vaccine shot. 18% of the entire UK's population has completed the full vaccination regimen. The NYT uses the Our World in Data project at Oxford U. And using the UK government sources, it's indeed over 80% of the 50+ population that has gotten at least one vaccine shot. Scotland is an amazing 98%. Hats off to Scotland.
From that and age breakdowns and prioritization approach in the UK, it's possible to work out an estimate for the rest that approaches what Donsyb noted.
