I don't mean to be a stickler here, but some folks not so familiar may get confused when they read about a 25$ cancel fee.

That’s not entirely correct.
The cancellation feee is $200 (not $300). The change fee (if your can ever possibly get them to change anything) is $150.
But yes, the $25 is a booking fee for their exemplary service and yes, you lose that from the time you book! 😂
