Just booked an AA award that has been confirmed and ticketed... used to be able to use the record locator and select seats on JAL website, that appears to be gone? I would do web check in >24 hours and use the Record Locator, now the options are Creator/traveller and it doesn't show my trip in the JAL Acct so returns no results, have always been hit and miss with phone agents but might have to try again, first agent said to call JAL...

What am I missing?? No way to select seats, even in F??
