I have 20 expired Guest Upgrades and 12 more, which will expire end of 2021 / 2022. Can't use them... every time I have tried, they are not available for my routes. I've tried to give them away and have received "thanks, but no thanks" responses. What would be useful for me is guest baggage certificates. I have four college-aged kids, and it kills me as a million miler / Gold 75 / 100k+ for 2021, that baggage fees are an issue for our family. AS -- please consider a Benefits Buffet -- coupons or points to be used however we would like to use them. Lounge passes, guest upgrades for first or premium, guest baggage. It's only a benefit if it can be used.
