I can speak to the LVP Signature Villas and FS Cabo.
The Signature Villas at LVP are fantastic and it's a totally difference experience than staying in the main guest rooms/suites.
FS is brand new and some of their villas will be completed by summer. Their villas are contemporary and looking like it'll be huge. Some of the villas/residences is supposed to have private docks for yachts. I'm not sure if that's ultimately what the finished product will be but the vision was impressive when I visited in Oct and saw the renderings. I'll return this summer to check it out. But it's apples and oranges to LVP from an aesthetic point and locations as well.
Doesn't seem that FS Los Cabos gets all that much love on FT but I rather enjoyed my stay. For now, in Cabo, I'd personally lean to LVP Signature Villas (I would only return to LVP in the Signature Villa or not at all. didn't like the reg. rooms/suites) or the FS (I would consider multiple accommodation options here).
