It seemed to dry up when the Frontline Thanks site/rate launched (eligibility the same in EMEA as far as I can tell). This rate has itself become a bit thin on the ground but is available in the odd place. Hopefully Hilton in the U.K. come back to this as they reopen on 17 May.
