I can confirm this from personal experience and it is about as far from a full Flagship Lounge pre-covid experience (it's barely a typical AC experience), but is still quiet and you can have (albeit lackluster) food. They are, however, selling half bottles of Krug for around £46.

Compared to OP's hometown airport of ORD, the JFK AC has little to offer, however the service is as attentive as a FL.
