Yes the winter and especially spring is their low season. The summer and fall is when it's most expensive. Breakfast is included every morning like you would get as a Globalist. Parking is free, and an upgrade can be had if available but I would guess an upgrade would just be a move to a higher floor not a suite seeing that you can't even book a suite from the Hyatt website. (One can only be booked directly from the hotel) In any event we had such a great time last summer that we are going back again at the end of August. I used points this time saving me from paying the $500 plus a night cash rate. Last year the hotel wasn't accepting points during this timeframe so being able to use points this year is a nice break.
