I hit Hyatt’s highest level last year. I received an email from someone who said they were assigned to me to help with requests, reservations, etc.
earlier this week I saw a new Hyatt promo. I attempted to register and could not. Apparently I had already done so.
two days later I received an email from my super duper Hyatt person to 1. Tell me they had registered me for the promotion and 2. Apologize for taking so long to tell me they had done so.
meanwhile, I am top blah blah fubar w Marriott and can’t get a phone call answered by a person in less than 15 minutes and when I do I regret waiting that long.
