Just had my first secondary at GE at LAX coming in from LHR. I wonder if it was because i was so tired I just pushed the button to take my picture before inserting my passport anyway, got the X and had to wait for about 20 minutes before an airport cop came to escort me to baggage claim to collect bags, then to baggage inspection. Felt bad for wife and kid who had to sit through all that with me. I feel better about the whole thing reading similar experiences here, but still wonder if there's something more on my record that they're not telling me despite the fact that they said this was a random inspection. I have a common name and prior to GE was often flagged at the border and asked if I had a tattoo on my upper left shoulder
