Some of the earlier posts referred to using miles to upgrade an LH flight. But I can't find anything on the UA website (no upgrades on *A is all I saw). Did that change or did I miss it?

Also, am I correct that I cannot use a single SWU for both an outbound UA flight connecting to a LH flight (UA codeshared)?

I'm flying IAD-FRA then FRA-CPT (11/9). Anyone with experience on clearing upgrades (D to F) on that LH flight? Thx.
