It is likely downgraded. I'm hoping there will be some reports once it opens. For us, with an access certificate and not globalist status, the club is more certain than the terrace breakfast that they might not give us (or give to all four of us in the room). This way, we can even leave our teens at the resort while we go hiking and they'll be able to snack and get sodas at the club. Can't wait. But I understand if some would prefer the terrace breakfast to the club.
